FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

VANCOUVER, B.C., October 21, 2026 — ARQS has released ReplyDesk, a free browser tool that gives a small business one place to answer its customers. Requests arrive in many places: the shop inbox, the website contact form, a phone message someone wrote down, a direct message and a new online review. ReplyDesk brings them into a single queue, either pasted in one at a time, where it reads the From, Subject and Date lines of an email and spots an order number, or imported from a CSV file. Each request has a channel, the customer, a subject, the message, the time it came in, an owner, a priority and one of five statuses: new, open, waiting on the customer, follow-up due and resolved. Timers count from the received time against the owner's own targets, four hours for a first reply and two days to resolve in the sample, and the queue puts overdue requests and due follow-ups on top so the team can see who has each one and how long the customer has waited. Replies start from reusable templates with fields such as {first}, {name}, {order}, {owner} and {business}, and ReplyDesk suggests the best template by matching keywords in the subject and message, so a late-parcel email gets the order-status reply and a chipped mug gets the damaged-item reply. Empty fields stay visible in brackets so nothing goes out half-filled. ReplyDesk never sends anything: the owner edits the draft, copies it and sends it from their own email, phone or messaging app, then marks the first reply sent. Any request can become a dated follow-up, and open follow-ups export as a calendar file with reminders. The queue exports as a spreadsheet that is safe to open in Excel and can be imported again, the whole desk saves as a JSON file that opens later, and it prints for a morning huddle. ReplyDesk connects to no inbox, makes no AI call and uploads nothing; everything is saved in the browser, and a labelled fictional sample of a Summerland linen and pottery shop is loaded so every status and timer can be tried first. It is free and sits beside the ReplyDesk plan on arqs.ca.
