Canada has joined more than two dozen countries, including the United States, France, Germany and Australia, in a joint statement denouncing Iran's apparent involvement in a planned attack on RAF Fairford in England, The Canadian Press reports.
The statement condemns lethal plotting, arson, sabotage and cyberattacks, and recognises the U.K.'s attribution of Iran's involvement in the Sept. 27 incident.
Seven men have been arrested and released on bail; no one has been charged. Iran has denied involvement.
