FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
VANCOUVER, B.C., October 18, 2026 — ARQS has released Sales Objection Library, a free browser tool that turns the objections a sales team hears into a playbook it can coach from. Users paste one objection per line, optionally with the deal stage and whether the deal was won or lost, or import a CSV of call notes. Each objection is sorted into one of 11 themes: price and budget, timing, decision and approval, need and fit, trust and proof, competitors, the status quo, implementation effort, contract terms, security and privacy, and integration. Email addresses, phone numbers, links and long numbers are masked as they are added. For every theme the library shows how often it comes up, where in the deal it appears and the win rate when it does, and it flags themes the team loses on well below its average. Each theme explains the concern usually underneath it and the evidence a buyer needs, offers a response pattern (acknowledge, clarify, respond, confirm) the team can rewrite in its own words, and lists three discovery questions to ask before answering. The tool never writes testimonials, results or guarantees: each response has a slot for proof the team can actually document, and the coaching priorities list themes still missing it. A fictional web agency's call notes are loaded as a sample. Libraries save in the browser and export as a Markdown coaching sheet, a library CSV, a themed objections CSV with spreadsheet formulas neutralised, and JSON. Nothing is recorded, transcribed or sent anywhere. Teams that want ARQS to build the library from authorised call notes can request the done-for-you Sales Objection Library.
