Each piece of feedback is matched against a theme library you control (keywords like ship* catch shipping, shipped and shipment) and scored for sentiment, with a star rating counted when your file has one. Then every theme gets its mentions, share, net sentiment, average rating and the real quotes behind it.

Themes are ranked by negative mentions, weighted by how one-sided they are, so a problem raised ten times outranks a complaint made once. Strengths are listed too, so you keep doing what customers love.

What this is, and isn't. A free feedback-analysis tool that runs entirely in your browser: nothing is uploaded, and it doesn't connect to review sites, survey tools or help desks or fetch anything from them.
