ARQS Sales Objection Library · v1.0 · free tool

Every objection,
filed and answered.

Paste the objections your team hears on calls and get a working library: which themes come up most, where in the deal they appear, which ones you lose on, the concern underneath each one, a response pattern your team approves and the questions to ask next. Free, and nothing leaves this browser.

From notes to a library

Hear it once. Answer it well every time.

Paste one objection per line, add “| stage | outcome” if you have them, or import a CSV from your notes or CRM export. Each line is themed, contact details are masked, and the library shows the concern underneath, the evidence a buyer needs and how your win rate changes by theme.

No invented proof

Your evidence, not ours.

Every response pattern follows acknowledge, clarify, respond, confirm, with a slot for proof your team can actually document. The tool never writes testimonials, results or guarantees for you, and it flags themes that still rely on proof you haven't added.

▤

Themes that matter

Price, timing, approval, need, trust, competitors, the status quo, effort, terms, security and integration, each with its count, share, win rate and the stage it shows up at.

?

Questions to ask next

Three discovery questions per theme to get to the real concern before you answer, plus a stage view that shows what comes up at discovery, demo, proposal, negotiation, closing and renewal.

A sheet to coach from

Edit each response to sound like your team, then export a coaching sheet, a library CSV for your playbook and a themed objections CSV, with spreadsheet formulas neutralised.

The tool

Objection library

A fictional sample (a small web agency's call notes) is loaded. Add your own on the Objections tab. Saved in this browser only.

What this is, and isn't. A free tool that themes the objection notes you give it, entirely in your browser: it doesn't record or transcribe calls, doesn't connect to your CRM and sends nothing anywhere. Themes come from keywords, so check the ones marked for review. Response patterns are starting points to adapt, not scripts or promises, and the tool never invents testimonials, results or customer evidence. Want ARQS to build the library from your authorised call notes? Request the done-for-you Sales Objection Library. Hear what customers say after the sale with Customer Voice Themes, ask better first questions with the Client Discovery Questionnaire, and compare options with the Decision Matrix.
