FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

VANCOUVER, B.C., October 20, 2026 — ARQS has released Knowledge Conflict, a free browser tool that finds where a company's own documents disagree. Users paste or upload policies, FAQs, standard operating procedures and help-centre articles, each with a title, where it lives and a date. The tool splits every source into statements and compares statements from different sources that share a subject. It flags prices, durations, business-day ranges, percentages and dates that differ for the same subject, statements that say something is allowed in one place and not allowed in another, older versions of the same document, and near-identical passages copied between sources. Every conflict shows the rule that fired and both quotes side by side with their source and date, and the newer source is suggested as the likely winner. Teams pick the winning source, add a note and mark each conflict open, resolved or accepted risk, and the tool drafts a single source of truth with agreed statements, open questions and sources to update or retire. A fictional outfitter's help centre is loaded as a sample. Projects save in the browser and export as a Markdown conflict report, a formula-safe CSV, the source-of-truth draft and JSON. The checks are rule-based and do not judge which policy is legally correct.
