ARQS Trust & Policy Link Inventory · v1.0 · free self-check

Every policy link,
found and lined up.

Visitors look for your privacy, terms, refund and contact pages before they trust you with an order. Paste your pages' HTML and see every one of those links: where it sits, where it really goes, which pages are missing one, and where labels and destinations drift. Free, and nothing leaves this browser.

Doors people look for

Make the trust pages easy to find, everywhere.

Open each page, view its source (or save it as HTML) and paste or upload it. Links are classified by label and address, destinations are normalised (tracking tags, trailing slashes and www removed), and each page gets a score. Across pages you see coverage, label variants and links that send people to different places.

Find the dead ends

Same label, same place.

The sample is a fictional three-page shop: a “Return policy” link that goes nowhere, terms on an http:// address, refunds hosted on another domain, privacy linked two different ways and a newsletter form with no privacy link at all.

§

Core links on every page

Privacy, terms and contact on each page, refund and shipping links on shop pages, and a privacy link wherever a form asks for an email or phone number.

⇄

One label, one address

Shows every label and destination per category, flags categories split across several addresses, labels that point to different places and links that leave your domain.

Check they load

A browser can't fetch other sites, so the tool writes a small link-check script you run yourself; it prints the status code for every destination it found.

The tool

Trust & policy link inventory

A fictional three-page shop is loaded. Add your own pages on the Add pages tab. Saved in this browser only.

What this is, and isn't. A free technical inventory of the links in the HTML you give it, entirely in your browser: it doesn't fetch or crawl any site, so it can't see whether a destination loads (run the link-check script for that) or links added by scripts after the page loads. It doesn't read your policies and isn't legal advice: it never decides whether a policy is sufficient, enforceable or compliant. Want ARQS to inventory up to 100 public pages for you?
