FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
VANCOUVER, B.C., October 21, 2026 — ARQS has released AI Workflow Mapper, a free browser tool for companies deciding where artificial intelligence and automation should start. A team lists its repeatable jobs, such as entering supplier invoices, answering order-status emails, building a weekly report or finding product specifications, with the department, what starts the job, the systems it touches, how many times it runs a month, the minutes each run takes and how many people are involved. For each job the team also rates how rule-based the work is, how much of the data is already digital, how often exceptions come up and how much harm a mistake would do. The Mapper turns those answers into staff hours a month and an automation-fit score out of 100, plots every workflow on one chart, and ranks them into three waves so the work with a clear payoff and manageable risk comes first. Each workflow gets a suggested approach, from plain automation between systems to a knowledge system or an internal agent whose drafts a person approves, and a governance level: light spot checks, reviewed customer-facing output, or strict human approval with an audit log for money, health, legal or regulated data, which never lands in the first wave. A systems list shows integration gaps, such as a phone system with no export or a whiteboard nobody listed. The result is a scope brief in Markdown with the ranked table, governance needs, gaps and the questions to settle before building, plus a spreadsheet file and a saved map that opens again. The tool connects to no system, makes no AI call and sends nothing, and it opens with a labelled fictional sample, a building-supply distributor. AI Workflow Mapper is free and has no checkout of its own; companies can bring the brief to ARQS Enterprise AI, which designs custom AI workflows, agents and governance.
