FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

VANCOUVER, B.C., October 21, 2026 — ARQS has released Revenue Finder, a free browser tool that looks for money a small business is already leaving on the table, using only the business's own numbers. The owner enters or imports, from CSV files, five simple tables: the products and services they sell with price, unit cost and monthly volume; their customers with the last purchase date, average order and orders a year; invoices and finished work; three months of discounts and refunds; and the software and services they pay for every month. Revenue Finder then runs thirteen plain-rule checks. On the missed-revenue side it finds customers who have stopped buying, lines priced under the owner's margin target, finished work that was never invoiced, overdue invoices, add-ons that are rarely offered, frequent buyers who order small and the lack of any recurring plan. On the profit-leak side it finds lines sold below cost, discounting and refunds above the owner's limit, late fees the owner's terms allow but were never charged, subscriptions nobody has opened in weeks and seats nobody uses. Each finding gets a monthly and yearly dollar estimate, a high, medium or low priority, the assumption behind the number and a plain next step, and the owner can mark each one to do, in progress, done or not for us and add a note. Every assumption, from the win-back rate to the late-fee percentage, is a setting the owner controls, and the tool warns that overlapping findings can count the same dollars twice. The audit exports as a findings spreadsheet that is safe to open in Excel, a JSON file that opens again later and a plain-text action summary for a meeting or an email the owner sends themselves. Revenue Finder makes no AI call, reads no bank, card or accounting account and uploads nothing; a labelled fictional sample of a Penticton bakery and café is loaded so every check can be tried first. It is free, and it sits beside the paid, done-for-you ARQS Profit Leak Audit and the ARQS AI Revenue Finder scan on arqs.ca.
