ARQS releases Lead Follow-Up Planner, a free browser tool that turns a business's leads and follow-up rules into a dated call, text and email schedule

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
VANCOUVER, B.C., October 21, 2026 — ARQS has released Lead Follow-Up Planner, a free browser tool that helps a service business keep up with the people who ask about its work. The owner adds each lead with where it came from, such as a web form, a phone call, a referral, a walk-in, a home show or an ad, how warm it is, when it first got in touch, its status, its owner and an estimated value. Follow-up cadences set the rhythm: each step has a day, a channel (call, text or email), a time or "as soon as possible", and what to do. Three starter cadences are included, a fast one for hot leads that calls within minutes, a steady one for warm leads and a slow nurture for cold ones, and rules choose the cadence by temperature and source, so a referral can always get the fast treatment. The planner turns all of that into dated touches inside the business's working hours: a touch that would land before opening, after closing, on a weekend or on a closed date such as Remembrance Day moves to the next opening, and touches for the same lead never overlap. Leads that have not given consent to receive messages get calls instead of texts and emails, and a lead's follow-ups stop as soon as it is marked booked, won, lost or paused. An agenda shows what is overdue, what is due today and the next two weeks, with a 14-day chart of open touches; staff tick touches done or log the next one from the lead. Open touches can be exported as a calendar file with reminders, and the schedule and the lead list as spreadsheet files; leads can be imported from a spreadsheet, and the whole plan saved as a file and opened again. The tool sends no texts or emails, makes no calls, makes no AI call and connects to no customer system; everything stays in the browser. It opens with a labelled fictional sample, a window and door company in Nanaimo. Lead Follow-Up Planner is free and has no checkout of its own; businesses that want ready follow-up sequences, message templates and a lead-status matrix can read about the paid ARQS AI Lead Follow-Up System on its own page.
