FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

VANCOUVER, B.C., October 18, 2026 — ARQS has released a free browser version of its Client Discovery Questionnaire builder for consultants, agencies and service firms. Users name their service, choose when the form is used (before a discovery call, after qualification, before a proposal or before kickoff), pick the decisions the answers must support, such as fit, scope, pricing, timeline, success measures, kickoff planning and risks, and set a depth of 15, 20 or 25 questions. The builder draws from a bank of 37 questions, groups them into sections, marks which are required, and drops categories the user doesn't want to collect, such as phone numbers, job titles, company size or exact budget figures. A data-minimisation review lists every kind of personal information the form asks for and checks a do-not-collect word list, while wording QA flags double questions, leading wording, jargon, overlong questions and requests for sensitive information. Routing notes tell a team what to do with an answer, for example a capacity check when a client needs the work within two weeks or inviting the decision-maker before a proposal, and a live preview shows which notes an answer would trigger. Questions can be edited, reordered, removed or added, and the questionnaire exports as Markdown, a CSV for form tools, a ready HTML form and JSON. Everything runs in the browser; the tool is a business-process template, not legal or privacy advice. Firms that want ARQS to write and QA the finished form can request the done-for-you package.
