FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

VANCOUVER, B.C., October 21, 2026 — ARQS has released Dealwatch, a free browser tool for anyone weighing a flight, hotel stay, ferry sailing, train or coach trip, rental car, vacation package or cruise. Each trip gets a target price, the price the traveller would book at without hesitating. Every time they check an airline, hotel, operator or booking site, they log the price they saw, where they saw it and a note in a few seconds, or import a list of prices from a CSV file. Dealwatch keeps the history and charts it against the target, then turns it into a clear call: keep watching, almost there, rising, decide soon or target hit. Alerts flag a price under target, one within five per cent, a new low, a jump of ten per cent or more since the last check, a check that is overdue and a departure that is close while the price is still high. Best-time hints place the trip in the usual booking window for its type as a general rule of thumb, show which weekday was lowest in the traveller's own log and estimate when the recent trend would reach the target. Up to twenty watches can be kept, and the watchlist exports as a CSV price history, a JSON file and a calendar file with check-price reminders, a decide-by date and the trip itself. Dealwatch reads no live fares, rates or availability and never contacts a booking site; every price is one the traveller logged, and a labelled fictional sample is loaded for practice. Nothing leaves the browser. Dealwatch sits beside the DealWatch Travel deal-monitoring venture on arqs.ca.
