FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

VANCOUVER, B.C., October 18, 2026 — ARQS has released a free browser version of its Campaign Naming Standard, a tool for marketing teams and agencies that want every campaign name and tagged link to follow one convention. Users pick lowercase snake_case or kebab-case, set the order of fields such as brand, launch month, market, campaign type, topic and version, and list the approved values for each slot along with approved utm_source and utm_medium values. The tool writes the result up as a standard, an approved-values sheet and a Google Sheets REGEXMATCH formula a team can paste beside its campaign list. A link builder turns approved values and a landing page into a correctly tagged URL, keeping any existing query string and moving #anchors to the end, and saves each link to a log. A checker reviews up to 2,000 pasted or uploaded names and links for capital letters, spaces, symbols, wrong field counts, unapproved values, malformed months, missing UTM parameters and parameters hidden after a #, and groups names that differ only by case or separators, which analytics tools count as separate campaigns. Everything runs in the browser and exports as Markdown, CSV and JSON. It does not connect to Google Analytics, ad platforms or any account. Teams that want ARQS to write the finished standard with human QA can request the done-for-you package.
