FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

VANCOUVER, B.C., October 17, 2026 — ARQS has released Software Scout Radar, a free browser tool that helps small businesses and teams choose software with evidence instead of a gut feeling. Users start from a CRM, accounting, project management, website builder, help desk or email marketing template, or build their own list of criteria, set a weight from 0 to 5 for each, and score every vendor from 0 to 5 with a note on the evidence behind each score, such as a trial result or a demo. Scout Radar adds per-seat, flat and setup fees into a one- to five-year total cost, ranks the vendors by weighted score with a points-per-$1,000 value index, draws a radar chart of the top three and runs 500 random weight shifts of up to 30 percent to show whether the leading choice holds up. Decisions can be exported as a written decision memo, a CSV file or a file to reopen later. The tool needs no account or purchase, saves only in the user's own browser and uploads nothing, and scores and prices are entered by the user.
