FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

VANCOUVER, B.C., October 17, 2026 — ARQS has released Research Intelligence, a free browser tool for analysts, writers and students who need every claim in a report to stand on evidence. Users record their sources with author, publisher, dates, link and type, from primary sources and datasets to news reporting and opinion, then link each claim to the sources that support, contradict or add context to it, with the exact quote and where to find it. Verdicts count independent outlets rather than links: sources from the same publisher or web domain count once, opinion pieces never make a claim supported on their own, and claims contradicted by recorded evidence are flagged. Source checks warn about missing links, dates or access dates, material older than a chosen freshness window and plain-http pages. A matrix sets every claim against every source, and the tool writes APA 7, MLA 9 or Chicago bibliography entries, a cited Markdown evidence report and a CSV ledger. Notes from the free ARQS Research Desk can be brought in from the same browser or a backup file. The tool needs no account or purchase, does not fetch or check the pages cited, and keeps research only in the user's own browser. A sample question on Alberta's population growth uses public Statistics Canada, Government of Alberta and BC Stats sources.
