FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

VANCOUVER, B.C., October 17, 2026 — ARQS has released ProspectRadar, a free browser tool for small businesses and sales teams that want a clean prospect list before any email goes out. Users drop in a CSV export from a CRM, trade show or directory, or paste rows. ProspectRadar merges duplicate companies by website domain or company name while keeping every source, scores each company from 0 to 100 against the user's target industries, regions and team size with the reasons shown, and checks each email address against Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL) consent windows: express consent until withdrawn, implied consent for two years after a purchase or contract and six months after an inquiry. Withdrawn, expired and missing consent is marked do not email, addresses on the user's own do-not-contact list are suppressed, and role inboxes and personal mail domains are flagged. Users can export an outreach file with only the contacts that are ready, or a full audit file recording the consent rule applied to each row; exports neutralise spreadsheet formulas. The tool needs no account or purchase, saves only in the user's own browser and uploads nothing. It is a planning aid, not legal advice.
