OpenTable, announcing from San Francisco on November 4, published its Top 100 Restaurants in America for 2026. The list is drawn from more than 11 million reviews by verified diners, plus reservation metrics, for meals from September 1, 2025, through August 31, 2026. It is printed A to Z, not as a ranking. California has 19 restaurants, the largest share of any state, including Boulevard, Californios and Saison in San Francisco, Callie in San Diego and Providence in Los Angeles.

Washington's entry is The Pink Door in Seattle, which OpenTable said has been on the list for four consecutive years. Chief operating officer Amy Wei said the list is meant to reflect restaurants diners are actually booking. OpenTable, part of Booking Holdings, said it works with more than 70,000 restaurants.
