Amazon's Washington notice lists about 95 retail-business job cuts
A spokesperson said Tuesday evening's filing is part of layoffs already reported, not a new round. Most of the roles are in Seattle.

A notice made public Tuesday evening lists about 95 Amazon job cuts in Washington state, GeekWire reported. A spokesperson said the filing is part of previously reported layoffs in the retail business, not a new round. The roles include software engineers, product managers and program managers. Most are in Seattle offices. Others are in Bellevue and Redmond, at warehouses in Sumner and Pasco, or remote. Reuters reported in early October that Amazon was laying off fewer than 1,000 corporate employees in that retail reduction.
