Seattle's Kivo Health raises $10 million for at-home lung rehab
The Series A brings total funding above $16 million. The nine-week program is built for older adults with COPD.

Kivo Health, a Seattle company, said on Tuesday it has raised $10 million to widen access to services for older adults with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, GeekWire reported. The Series A brings total funding above $16 million. Kivo ships equipment to patients' homes and runs a nine-week program of live video sessions with therapists on exercise, breathing and disease management, then keeps supporting patients afterward.
Co-founder and CEO Dr. Victor Sadauskas said the company will use the funding to build an AI health coach that blends AI-led and human-led care. Chief technology officer Vaughn Koch is the other co-founder. The company said AI handles administrative tasks and patient messages so clinicians can focus on care.
