Anthropic's IPO prospectus, filed Monday, details more than $750 billion in computing deals, counting firm commitments and estimated future spending, GeekWire reported on Tuesday. Amazon and Microsoft have invested billions in the San Francisco lab and won spending commitments, but both trail Google and chipmaker Broadcom on the amounts described in the filing. Amazon's largest payoff in the document is its stake, which it valued at $190.4 billion in June.

The company plans to list on Nasdaq under the ticker ANT. GeekWire said the filing reads as a ledger of who gets paid in the AI buildout, and that the Seattle-area giants are on the list without being at the top.
