Icertis co-founder Monish Darda's HumanTronik buys Bellevue's CloudMoyo

HumanTronik, an AI company co-founded by Icertis co-founder Monish Darda, has acquired CloudMoyo, the Bellevue technology services firm Darda helped spin out of Icertis in 2015, GeekWire reported on Friday. Darda and CloudMoyo CEO Manish Kedia remain in charge of CloudMoyo day to day. The family of the late Samir Bodas, CloudMoyo's other co-founder and longtime Icertis CEO, sold its stake, Kedia said.

Darda started HumanTronik earlier this year with Kabir Narang, a Singapore-based investor and early Icertis backer.
