Uber and OpenAI said on Thursday they are expanding a partnership so Uber's entire workforce of about 30,000 people will use ChatGPT Work, TechCrunch reported. OpenAI introduced ChatGPT Work in July as an enterprise agent for corporate workflows. Uber first tried it with 1,000 employees across finance, operations and product.

About 80 percent of those early users were not engineers, Sumanth Sukumar, Uber's vice president of engineering, told TechCrunch. He said they used it to analyze operations data, spot trends and draft recommendations.
