Conexiom, the Vancouver company that automates orders and invoices for manufacturers and distributors, on Tuesday opened early access to its Conexiom Headless Platform, which lets IT and engineering teams build its AI into CRMs, portals, internal systems and AI agents, the company announced.

The platform has three parts: software development kits for Java, .NET, Node.js and Python; a REST API that checks pricing, inventory and catalogue services while it processes each order and sends alerts as orders clear validation, hit exceptions or reach delivery; and an MCP server that lets AI agents use Conexiom’s extraction to read PDFs, spreadsheets and images and return structured output. It runs on the company’s SOC 2 Type II-audited platform.

“Building in-house looks cheap because a model can read an order as part of a simple pilot. But production is where the real cost starts,” said chief product officer Cliff Barrett. CEO Michel Feaster said manufacturers and distributors “should build the parts that make them distinctive and buy the capabilities we’ve hardened over the past decade.”

Conexiom says it supports more than 600 customers and processes more than 1.5 billion line items a year. The same technology powers Conexiom Relay, its human-in-the-loop product that turns PDFs, spreadsheets, emails and handwritten notes into ERP-ready data.
