Yoodli, the Seattle startup known for AI practice sessions for sales pitches and job interviews, is recasting itself as an "AI platform for human skills" with new tools that create training courses, teach people to use AI and software, answer employees' questions and coach them during calls and meetings.

One new tool takes the AI personas companies build for practice sessions and puts them to work answering questions on an intranet, a partner site or a live call, handing off to people when needed. The expansion moves Yoodli into the larger corporate training market, where Workday and Microsoft's LinkedIn already offer AI coaching tools.

"This is all about upskilling humans and believing in the human potential," co-founder and CEO Varun Puri said at the company's new headquarters on Seattle's Pier 70. Customers include Google, Snowflake and Databricks, as well as governments, pharmaceutical companies and banks.

Yoodli has raised nearly $60 million, including a $40 million round in December led by WestBridge Capital that valued it at more than $300 million. The company has grown to about 100 employees from 25 in May 2025, and lists individual plans at $8 and $20 a month, with custom pricing for businesses.
