Former LinkedIn CEO Ryan Roslansky to leave Microsoft at year end
Satya Nadella announced the departure in a memo; Roslansky will stay through December as an adviser.

Ryan Roslansky, who led Microsoft's LinkedIn subsidiary for six years and more recently helped lead Microsoft 365 applications and Copilot, will leave the company at the end of 2026, CEO Satya Nadella told employees in a memo, The Times of India reported.
"After nearly 18 years at LinkedIn and Microsoft, Ryan Roslansky has decided to leave Microsoft and embark on his next chapter," Nadella wrote. "Ryan will stay through the end of the calendar year as an advisor to me and will support on the transition."
Roslansky joined LinkedIn as product chief in 2009, before Microsoft bought the company for $27 billion in 2016, and replaced Jeff Weiner as CEO in 2020. LinkedIn's membership grew from 700 million to 1.3 billion during his tenure, according to the report. Dan Shapero became LinkedIn's CEO earlier this year.
The Redmond company has seen several leadership changes this year, including the departures of gaming head Phil Spencer and Office leader Rajesh Jha.
