ARQS has released Cartkeel Guard, catalogued as KODE-337, a browser tool for online stores that want to review risky orders before they ship.
Users import an orders file with the date, order number, buyer email and amount, plus optional discount, billing and shipping countries and refunds. Cartkeel runs eight weighted checks and gives each order a score from 0 to 100.
The checks cover orders above a high-value limit, billing and shipping countries that differ, several orders from one buyer within a set window, repeated same-day amounts, discounts above an allowed percentage, refunds larger than the order, and amounts far outside the store’s usual order size. A first order that is unusually large is also noted.
Orders above the review or hold line go to a queue that lists which checks fired. Reviewers approve, hold or cancel each one with a note, and every import, policy change and decision is recorded in a hash-chained journal in the browser. ARQS says the score is a prompt for review, not proof of fraud, and the tool does not connect to store platforms or payment processors.
Plans are listed at US$149 a month or US$1,490 a year. Online checkout is not open yet; buyers request access by email.
Details are on the Cartkeel Guard page, with pricing on the access page.
