ARQS Patronpath Ledger applies customer payments to invoices and shows who pays late

The KODE-356 tool ages open invoices, calculates days sales outstanding and writes a statement of account for any customer.

ARQS has released Patronpath Ledger, catalogued as KODE-356, a browser tool for businesses that invoice customers and need to keep track of what is still owed.

Users import an invoices file and a payments file. Patronpath applies each payment to the invoice it names, or otherwise to the customer’s oldest open invoice. Overpayments are held as a credit and applied to the next invoice. Invoices without a due date default to net 30.

Open balances are aged into current, 1–30, 31–60, 61–90 and over-90-day buckets as of any date the user picks. The tool also reports days sales outstanding over the last 90 days, the share of receivables that is overdue, and each customer’s average days to pay, and it produces a dated statement of account ready to send.

Data stays in the browser, and imports are recorded in a hash-chained journal so later edits can be detected. ARQS says the tool is not accounting or legal advice and is not a collections service.

Plans are listed at US$199 a month or US$1,990 a year. Online checkout is not open yet; buyers request access by email.

Details are on the Patronpath Ledger page, with pricing on the access page.
