Monthly service

The recurring plan keeps the website hosted and supported under the confirmed package scope: hosting, security and platform updates, monthly backups, uptime monitoring and up to two small content updates per month. Material additions, new custom functionality or substantial redesign work can be quoted separately.

Minimum term: 60 days. After the minimum term, cancellation applies to future renewal periods.

How quickly can my site go live?

The target is 5–7 days after ARQS receives complete client information and the required access or domain details.

Can I use my existing domain?

Yes. ARQS can connect an existing domain when the required domain access is provided. If you do not have a domain yet, ARQS will guide you through registering one in your own name.

Do I own my business content?

You remain responsible for and retain your supplied business information, images and materials. Website handoff or file-transfer questions are handled under the confirmed service terms.

Can I cancel?

The package has a 60-day minimum. After that minimum term, cancellation applies to future renewals. See the ARQS refunds and cancellation information for order-specific handling.

What if I need extra pages or custom features?

They can be scoped separately. The base package is designed to launch a complete electrical business website quickly without hiding extra work inside an undefined monthly scope.

Will you add reviews or certifications to my site?

Only real ones you supply and approve in writing. ARQS never invents testimonials, ratings, licences, certifications or performance claims.
