Write it down once.
Never explain it again.
Record a process step by step while you do it, or paste your rough notes. SOP Writer turns them into a clean standard operating procedure: purpose, scope, owner, tools, numbered steps with who does what, if-this-then-that decisions, cautions, time estimates and a "done when" line. A built-in check flags vague words and steps that don't start with an action. Download a printable page with tick boxes, Markdown for Notion or Google Docs, or a plain checklist. No accounts, no tracking. Your drafts stay on this device.
