Townline city distribution

Business listings, website links, category discovery, local specials and clearly labelled featured placements can run inside the relevant Townline city edition.

West Coast News

Selected business announcements, specials, launches and community-interest stories can be developed into clearly identified business features and linked back to the business website.

Advertising Intelligence

ARQS can review positioning, creative, offers, click-through paths and campaign performance so each placement becomes measurable rather than just another listing.

TOWNLINE BUSINESS FEATURE

First feature complimentary. Continue for $39/month.

$39 / month after acceptance

A business can receive an initial complimentary Townline feature. After that first feature, the business may choose to continue the program for $39 per month. No recurring charge begins unless the business accepts the continuation offer.

Included in the complimentary first feature

Public business listing, direct website link, city/category placement, a short factual business profile or current special, and a Townline/West Coast News feature where editorially appropriate.

Standard — $39/month

One monthly business feature with website click-through, city/category placement, current special or announcement submission, and West Coast News consideration.

Premium — $69/month

Priority placement, premium featured treatment, approved logo/banner display, up to four updates or specials per month, stronger Townline visibility and priority West Coast News consideration.

Logo & brand assets

Townline may link to the company website from an unclaimed directory record. Business logos and supplied brand graphics are displayed only after the business authorizes their use.

Operating workflow

  1. Find and verify the business.
Use public business information and the company’s official website for the name, category, address, website and public contact details.
  2. Publish the basic Townline listing.
The listing is factual and does not imply sponsorship, partnership or endorsement.
  3. Create the first complimentary feature.
Feature a current special, useful local announcement, event, new product/service or business profile with a direct website link.
  4. Send the business a $0 feature notice.
Show them what was published and invite corrections, logo approval and future submissions.
  5. Offer optional continuation at $39/month.
Only after the business accepts do ARQS/Townline send a payable invoice or recurring-payment link.
  6. Label paid placements clearly.
Once active, use labels such as Featured Business, Sponsored Feature or Featured Partner. Never label a business as a sponsor before it opts in.

Campaign review

Review goals, channels, spend, creative, landing paths and reported performance in one structured view.

Competitive context

Use public competitive signals to understand positioning and offer context without pretending to know private competitor data.

Action plan

Convert findings into prioritized tests, measurement improvements and next-step recommendations.

Advertising/editorial disclosure: Complimentary directory entries and business features do not imply endorsement. Paid placements are clearly labelled. Businesses may request factual corrections or removal without paying a fee.
