A.I.Academy Application — $100Application process
Program selection → applicant profile → education/professional history → transcripts or equivalent evidence → statement of purpose → supporting portfolio/CV where relevant → application fee → admissions review → decision → accepted-student onboarding.
A.I.Academy applicants additionally complete an admissions challenge and cohort review. Inaugural Academy tuition is currently planned at $4,999 after acceptance.
What happens after you apply
Northline begins academic review only after the application is complete. A complete application includes the required application form, applicable application fee, and all required supporting materials.
1 · Submitted
Online submission produces an immediate on-screen receipt and email receipt. It confirms receipt time, application reference, application type, fee/payment status and next steps. This receipt confirms submission only; it is not an admission decision.
Processing Time Is Separate
Receipt is immediate. Administrative processing and academic review are separate stages. Northline aims to complete the initial materials check within 1–2 business days, formal Northline program review within 5 business days after the file is complete, and A.I.Academy review within 7–10 business days after the file is complete.
2 · Documents Check
Immediately after online submission, the applicant sees an on-screen receipt and receives an email receipt confirming the application was received, the application fee payment status, an application reference number, and next steps. Admissions then performs the separate document-completeness check within 1–2 business days.
3 · Complete — Ready for Review
When all required items are received, the applicant is notified that the file is complete and the published decision timeline begins.
4 · Under Review
Northline formal-program applications normally receive an initial decision within 5 business days of becoming complete. A.I.Academy applications normally receive a decision within 7–10 business days.
5 · Decision Issued
Status changes to Admitted, Waitlisted, Additional Information Required, or Not Admitted for the current intake. The decision notice explains the next action.
6 · Accepted-Student Reply
A.I.Academy applicants offered a place normally have 10 calendar days to accept the offer. Accepted applicants receive private enrollment and tuition instructions; Academy tuition is not offered as unrestricted public checkout.
Application status language
Submitted → Materials Pending → Complete — Ready for Review → Under Review → Decision Issued → Enrollment Pending → Enrolled.
If additional material is requested, the decision clock pauses until the application is complete again. Applicants receive status communications at the email address used for their application and will ultimately be able to view the same status in the applicant portal.
